Requires schools to provide reasonable accommodations to students who assert their gender differs from biological sex, with written parental consent for minors or self-assertion for students age 18 or emancipated minors.

Prohibits reasonable accommodations from including use of restrooms, locker rooms, or shower rooms designated for the opposite biological sex when pupils of that sex are or could be present.

Permits alternative accommodations including single-occupancy restrooms, unisex restrooms, or controlled use of faculty facilities.

Mandates that multi-pupil restrooms, locker rooms, and shower rooms in schools be designated for and used only by pupils of the same biological sex.

Requires school staff with reasonable cause to suspect child abuse or neglect related to affected students to report under existing child protection law (1975 PA 238).
