Amends Michigan's statute of limitations for indictments in criminal cases under MCL 767.24.

Adds new subsection (1)(d) establishing no time limit for indictments involving sexual abuse of children under 18 years of age, including violations of sections 145c, 520c, 520d, 520e, and 520g of the Michigan penal code.

Creates "Theresa Flores's Law" in subsection (2) allowing indictments for human trafficking violations (sections 13, 462b, 462c, 462d, 462e) to be filed within 25 years after the offense is committed.

Extends statute of limitations for other child sexual abuse indictments (subsection 3) to 10 years after offense or victim's 21st birthday, whichever is later, with exception allowing indictment at any time if DNA evidence from unidentified individual is obtained.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
