Allows individuals to carry and display electronic copies of hunting, fur harvester's, or fishing licenses on electronic devices beginning March 1, 2018, in addition to physical licenses.

Permits display of electronic copies of kill tags for deer and other game using electronic devices at the department's discretion.

Prohibits presumption of consent to search an electronic device when displaying a license and shields the state and law enforcement from liability for damage or loss to devices during license inspection.

Establishes base license fees for small game hunting at $10 for residents and $150 for nonresidents, with $5 for minor children, and authorizes a 7-day limited nonresident license for $80.

Authorizes tribal conservation officers employed by specific Great Lakes tribes to request display of licenses within the ceded territory of the Treaty of March 28, 1836.
