Study must assess current setback requirements for oil and gas operations in residential areas and recommend best practices for protective setbacks.

Study must evaluate environmental health risks and safety hazards from oil and gas operations in residential areas and recommend best practices to protect air, water, natural resources, and public health; completed study and best practices manual due by December 31, 2017 with $50,000 appropriation from general fund.
