Permit police officers to require electronic forwarding of registration certificates to a specified location for safe verification of validity and accuracy

Provide liability immunity to the state, law enforcement agencies, and their employees for any damage or loss to electronic devices occurring during officer review of electronic registration certificates

Classify violations of registration certificate requirements as civil infractions, effective September 26, 2017
