Allows licensees caring for hospice residents with do-not-resuscitate orders or valid POST forms to satisfy protection requirements by contacting the hospice program if the resident experiences cessation of breathing and circulation.

Requires adult foster care facilities to comply with medical orders on validly executed POST forms.

Permits facilities unwilling to comply with POST form orders due to policy, religious belief, or moral conviction to refer or transfer the patient to another facility.
