Amends secs. 61501, 61503, 61510, 61517, 61701, 61730, 61731, 61732, 61733, 62501, 62504 & 62514 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.61501 et seq.) & adds secs. 61502b, 61502d, 61702b & 62503b.
