Requires venue owners, lessees, operators, or managers to print the ticket price and seat number (if applicable) on each admission ticket in conspicuous type.

Requires printed statement on tickets sold through locations other than the box office disclosing the surcharge and informing buyers they can purchase at box office price directly at the venue.

Prohibits knowingly selling, distributing, or possessing software designed to interfere with ticket sale operations by circumventing website security measures or controls that ensure equitable sales.

Prohibits ticket websites from using domain or subdomain names containing the venue name, event name, performer/entity names, or substantially similar names unless the website operator is acting on behalf of the venue.

Violation of the software interference or domain name provisions is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or a fine not exceeding $500, or both; effective 90 days after enactment.
