By January 1, 2018, the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget must include links on the state website to function, contact, and employee salary information for each executive branch department and major division or subunit.

Public information must be accessible at no cost and meet criteria for uniformity across departments, intuitive searching and navigation, and facilitation of public access to government services.

Each department must provide a description of primary functions, contact information, a graphical organization chart with supervisor names and titles, and a complete employee list including names, position titles, civil service status, and salaries.

Departments may withhold employee information if disclosure would endanger the employee's health or safety, and the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget shall develop standardized guidelines and provide technical assistance.

Departments must provide quarterly updates to function and contact information and monthly updates to employee salary information.
