Removes statistics from the standalone mathematics course options and allows students to fulfill algebra II requirement through either algebra II or statistics as part of an integrated 3-credit sequence.

Strikes statistics from the list of additional mathematics courses (such as trigonometry, precalculus, calculus, applied math, accounting, business math) that can satisfy the fourth mathematics credit requirement.

Allows students to partially or fully satisfy algebra II requirement by successfully completing department-approved career and technical education programs in electronics, machining, construction, welding, engineering, computer science, or renewable energy that cover equivalent algebra II content benchmarks.

Requires schools to provide basic technology and internet access for students to complete an online course or learning experience as part of graduation requirements.

Establishes specialty school designation allowing up to 15 high schools with specialized curricula to exempt students from some English language arts and social science credit requirements if they meet performance benchmarks (10% higher ACT scores, 85% graduation rate, 75% postsecondary enrollment).
