Amends Michigan's Social Welfare Act to require medical assistance coverage for cranial hair prosthesis for eligible individuals under age 19 with hair loss due to medical conditions or medical treatment.

Coverage for cranial hair prosthesis includes human or synthetic substitutes and is not subject to dollar limits, deductibles, or coinsurance provisions less favorable than other prosthetics.

Makes technical corrections to existing medical services provisions, including changing "county owned" to "county-owned" and "percent" to "percentage" throughout the statute.

Requires the department director to notify the legislature's appropriations committees and obtain their approval before implementing statewide reimbursement method or level changes affecting service payments by 1% or more over 12 months.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
