Requires health insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in Michigan to provide benefits for cranial hair prosthesis for individuals under 19 years of age who have hair loss from a medical condition or medical treatment.

Coverage for cranial hair prosthesis must be subject to the same dollar limits, deductibles, and coinsurance provisions as other prosthesis coverage and no less favorable terms.

Defines "cranial hair prosthesis" to include any human or synthetic substitutes for cranial hair.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to health insurance policies delivered, issued, amended, adjusted, or renewed in Michigan or outside the state if covering Michigan residents beginning 90 days after enactment.
