Eliminates the March 1, 2014 expiration date on senior hunting licenses, making the program permanent for Michigan residents age 65 and older.

Establishes a free senior base license for residents age 65 and older.

Increases the discount on senior deer licenses, senior wild turkey hunting licenses, and senior fur harvester's licenses from 60% to 80% off the resident license fee.

Removes senior small game licenses, senior firearm deer licenses, and senior bow and arrow deer licenses from the available senior license options.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
