• Requires firearms dealers to include a commercially available trigger lock or gun case/storage container with every firearm sale, provide a safety brochure, and post warning notices about liability for unsupervised access by minors; provides immunity from liability for compliant dealers.

• Protects firearms manufacturers and ammunition producers from civil liability except for specific contract breaches or defect claims, and prohibits political subdivisions from suing these producers unless the Attorney General brings the action.
