Legislative Description

Health; abortion; performing an abortion without first determining whether there is a detectable heartbeat; prohibit except in an emergency. Amends secs. 16221, 16299, 17015 & 17515 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16221 et seq.) & adds sec. 17015b.
