Repeals 1962 PA 150, which prohibited recruitment or advertising for replacement workers during labor disputes without disclosure that positions were strikebreakers.

Eliminates the requirement to disclose to job applicants that employment offered is in place of employees involved in a labor dispute.

Removes the prohibition on importation of strikebreakers into the state.

Effective 90 days after the enactment of this bill.
