• Establishes an online portal operated by the Department of Health and Human Services where patients can review required information and print a confirmation form valid for 14 days.

• Requires physicians to screen patients for coercion to abort at their first visit to the abortion facility and establishes protocols for responding if a patient discloses coercion to abort or domestic violence.

• Repeals the prior 24-hour waiting period statute and takes effect 90 days after enactment.
