Amends Michigan vehicle code section 719 to regulate maximum heights and lengths of vehicles and vehicle combinations operating on state highways.

Sets vehicle height limit at 13 feet 6 inches and establishes owners are liable for all damage from collisions with bridges or viaducts regardless of posted clearance.

Specifies length limits for various vehicle combinations, including single vehicles (40 feet), articulated buses (65 feet), truck tractor and semitrailer combinations (53 feet on designated highways), and towaway trailer transporters (82 feet).

Allows extended load overhangs for certain vehicle types: up to 3 feet beyond front and 4 feet beyond rear for motor vehicle transporters, and up to 6 feet rear overhang for log-hauling trucks under specific conditions.

Prohibits combinations exceeding 11 axles without a valid permit and requires all vehicle connecting assemblies and lighting devices to comply with federal motor carrier safety standards.
