Employers must pay wages earned during the first 15 days of each calendar month on or before the first day of the following month.

Employers must pay wages earned from the 16th through the last day of each calendar month on or before the 15th day of the following month.

Employers with established weekly or biweekly paydays comply if wages are paid on the regular payday occurring within 14 days after the work period ends.

Employers with monthly pay periods must pay all wages earned within 15 days after the monthly pay period ends.

Employers may delay December overtime payments until the next regularly scheduled payday after when they would normally be due, provided non-overtime December wages are paid on the regular payday.
