Permits hunters to wear hunter pink in addition to hunter orange during daylight shooting hours from August 15 through April 30 while taking game.

Defines hunter pink as highly visible colors commonly referred to as hunter pink, including blaze pink, flame pink, and fluorescent blaze pink.

Requires hunter pink or hunter orange garments to be visible from all sides and be the hunter's outermost garment, with camouflage allowed if at least 50% hunter pink or orange.

Exempts individuals hunting deer with bow or crossbow during archery season, hunting bear with bow or crossbow, hunting turkey or migratory birds, practicing falconry, and stationary hunters of bobcat, coyote, or fox from the color requirement.

Removes provisions requiring the Natural Resources Commission to review and authorize additional hunting apparel colors by October 1, 2017.
