Requires school districts, intermediate school districts, and public school academies to provide an annual $1,800 bonus to teachers of mathematics, science, or special education in schools where at least 50% of enrolled students qualify for federal free or reduced-price lunch programs.

Exempts schools from this requirement if a collective bargaining agreement in effect on the bill's effective date prevents compliance; the exemption applies until the agreement expires.

Requires the state Department of Education to reimburse schools for costs incurred under this bonus requirement, subject to appropriation.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
