Amends Michigan Public Act 72 of 1857 regarding Albion College to modify the college's assumption of liability for volunteer trustee and nontrustee acts and omissions occurring after November 14, 2011.

Changes the operative language from "occurring on or after the effective date" to "that occur after November 14, 2011" to clarify the temporal scope of liability assumption.

Removes reference to section 3135 of the Insurance Code (MCL 500.3135) regarding motor vehicle liability, narrowing the exclusion to torts arising from ownership, maintenance, or use of motor vehicles without reference to no-fault insurance liability provisions.

College liability applies only when the volunteer was acting within their authority in good faith and the conduct did not constitute gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, intentional tort, or motor vehicle-related tort.

Takes effect January 1, 2020, contingent upon enactment of House Bill 5517 or Senate Bill number to be designated.
