Amends MCL 390.707b to clarify that Albion College assumes liability for volunteer trustee and nontrustee actions occurring after November 14, 2011, under specified conditions.

College liability applies when the volunteer was acting within the scope of authority, acting in good faith, and the conduct did not constitute gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, or intentional tort.

Removes reference to section 3135 of the Insurance Code regarding motor vehicle liability, eliminating the exception that previously excluded torts arising from ownership, maintenance, or use of motor vehicles.

Changes language from "are met" to "apply" and modifies the effective date reference from "the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section" to the specific date "November 14, 2011."

Takes effect January 1, 2019, and is contingent upon enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5627 (a tie-bar provision).
