Amends Michigan's hunting regulations to establish conditions for when parents or legal guardians may permit minor children to hunt under a license.

Permits minors to hunt on land where a parent or guardian is regularly domiciled, or requires accompaniment by a parent, guardian, or authorized individual at least 18 years old, with exceptions for apprentice licenses and children under 10.

Allows apprentice license holders to hunt with accompaniment by a parent, guardian, or authorized individual at least 21 years old who holds a valid hunting license other than an apprentice license.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to establish a mentored youth hunting program by September 1, 2012, for children under 10 years old with mentors who are at least 21 years old and possess valid hunting licenses or hunter safety certification.

Became effective immediately upon the Governor's approval on December 19, 2018.
