Allows manufacturers, wholesalers, or retailers to provide beer or wine dispensing equipment, cooling equipment, or brand logoed tents to special licensees (including beer festival license holders) for use during the effective period of the special license.

Permits manufacturers, wholesalers, or retailers authorized to sell alcoholic liquor to special licensees to deliver alcoholic liquor to the special licensee's premises upon the Liquor and Cannabis Regulatory Agency's issuance of the special license.

Prohibits special licensees from selling alcoholic liquor before the effective period of their special license begins.

Allows special licensees to purchase alcoholic liquor under Michigan Administrative Code Rule 436.582 or under section 526 of the liquor control act.

Became effective immediately upon approval by the Governor on June 11, 2018.
