Repeals outdated language limiting the crime to female patients and male perpetrators, replacing it with gender-neutral terminology applicable to all medical professionals and patients.

Creates a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment for medical professionals who misrepresent that sexual contact with them is necessary or beneficial to a patient's health and induce the patient to engage in such contact.

Creates a more serious felony offense punishable by up to 25 years imprisonment for medical professionals who misrepresent that sexual penetration with them is necessary or beneficial to a patient's health and induce the patient to engage in such penetration.

Allows courts to impose sentences consecutively with other crimes, including charges arising from the same transaction.

Defines key terms including "medical treatment" (examination or procedure), "patient" (person undergoing or seeking medical treatment), "sexual contact" (intentional touching of intimate parts or clothing covering intimate areas for sexual purpose), and "sexual penetration" (various forms of sexual intrusion including intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, and anal intercourse).
