Amends MCL 777.16d to modify sentencing guidelines for sexual offenses under pretense of medical treatment, changing the class for sexual penetration from Class D to Class B with a maximum sentence of 25 years instead of 10 years.

Increases sentencing guidelines for sexual contact under pretense of medical treatment, establishing it as a Class C felony with a maximum sentence of 20 years.

Adds multiple new felonies to the sentencing guidelines table including assault-related offenses on pregnant individuals, gross negligence resulting in fetal injury or death, and vehicle-related offenses causing harm to a fetus.

Includes sentencing classifications for offenses involving live infants, partial-birth abortion procedures, and attempted murder, with maximum sentences ranging from 2 years to life imprisonment.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on House Bill No. 5787 of the 99th Legislature being enacted into law.
