Adds section 145g to Michigan's criminal code (1931 PA 328) establishing mandatory minimum sentencing for repeat sexual offenses against minors

Imposes a mandatory minimum sentence of not less than 5 years for a second or subsequent conviction under section 145c (crime involving sexual offense against a minor)

Defines a "second or subsequent offense" as any conviction under section 145c or any other crime involving a sexual offense against a minor that occurred prior to the current conviction

Became effective March 17, 2019, ninety days after the Governor's approval on December 17, 2018
