Allows veterans who successfully complete a veterans treatment court program to petition for setting aside up to 2 felony convictions and an unlimited number of misdemeanor convictions, with exceptions for certain serious offenses.

Permits veterans treatment court participants to set aside convictions for violations of section 904 of the Michigan vehicle code (operating while intoxicated), which are normally barred from set-aside.

Adds requirement that courts consider successful completion of the veterans treatment court program when reviewing applications to set aside convictions.

Changes language throughout the statute from "shall" to "must" for clarity and standardizes statutory drafting.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
