Expands the definition of "peace officer" in Michigan's opioid antagonist law (2014 PA 462) to include local corrections officers and state correctional officers.

Adds local corrections officers as defined in the Local Corrections Officers Training Act, 2003 PA 125 (MCL 791.532) to the list of officers authorized to carry and administer opioid antagonists.

Adds state correctional officers as defined in the Correctional Officers' Training Act of 1982, 1982 PA 415 (MCL 791.502) to the list of officers authorized to carry and administer opioid antagonists.

Clarifies that "opioid antagonist" includes naloxone hydrochloride or other similarly acting drugs approved by the Food and Drug Administration for treating drug overdose.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
