Repeals the sunset provision (enacting section 1) of the 2013 PA 183 Student Safety Act, making the act permanent rather than subject to expiration.

Eliminates the termination date that was previously extended by 2017 PA 100, allowing continued operation of the student safety hotline and reporting system indefinitely.

Maintains provisions for confidential reports of potential harm or criminal activities directed at school students, school employees, and schools.

Preserves the student safety fund and procedures for contributions to and expenditures from that fund.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
