Updates the handicapped parking space sign requirement to depict a dynamic character leaning forward with a sense of movement instead of the traditional international handicapped symbol, effective for signs erected or replaced after the bill's enactment date.

Maintains minimum sign dimensions of 12 inches by 18 inches and requires signs to be either blue or white with contrasting colored symbols.

Clarifies that existing contracts between municipalities and private parking lot or road owners entered into before July 20, 2006 remain unaffected by the amendment.

Authorizes municipalities to contract with private parking lot owners to enforce uniform traffic code provisions on private property with consent.

Establishes that driving under the influence and impaired driving provisions in the uniform traffic code must be identical to Michigan Vehicle Code sections 625 to 625m.
