Establishes the "Pollinator Protection Act" to protect and enhance sustainable populations of pollinators in Michigan.

Creates a pollinator stewardship program under the Department of Natural Resources to administer grants allowing municipalities and nonprofit organizations to develop and maintain pollinator habitats and conduct monitoring research.

Creates the pollinator protection fund within the state treasury to receive money and other assets from any source, with interest and earnings credited to the fund and remaining funds not lapsing to the general fund.

Designates the Department of Natural Resources as fund administrator and limits fund expenditures to implementation of the stewardship program upon appropriation.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
