Permits adjoining townships to object within 60 days if a prohibition diverts traffic to shared border roads, with county road commissions having final approval or rejection authority after investigation and negotiation periods.

Exempts vehicles transporting agricultural products, farm machinery, farm supplies, or combinations thereof to or from farms or for agricultural production from truck prohibitions and limitations.

Classifies violations of truck prohibitions, limitations, or route designations as civil infractions, effective 90 days after enactment.
