Requires individuals mandated to report child abuse or neglect under Michigan's child protection law to also report credible threats against public or nonpublic schools immediately to law enforcement.

Defines "credible threat" as a verbal or nonverbal threat (including electronic communication) that places individuals in reasonable fear for safety and is made with apparent ability to carry out the threat.

Applies to all individuals already designated as mandatory reporters under the existing child protection law framework.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
