Amends Michigan's criminal code sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.16d) to include multiple assault-related felonies in the sentencing guideline framework.

Establishes sentencing guidelines for assaults on department of health and human services employees and home health care workers, ranging from Class G (2-year maximum) for simple assault to Class B (20-year maximum) for assault causing death.

Includes sentencing guidelines for assaults on pregnant individuals, with penalties ranging from Class C (15-year maximum) for assault or gross negligence resulting in miscarriage or stillbirth to Class A (life) for assault with intent causing death to embryo or fetus.

Establishes guidelines for vehicle-related offenses against pregnant individuals, including operating under the influence or careless driving causing miscarriage or death to a fetus, with penalties from 2 to 15 years.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on House Bill 6041 being enacted into law.
