Amends Michigan's Public Health Code to allow physicians and podiatrists to delegate acts, tasks, or functions to military medical personnel under a new pilot program.

Defines "military medical personnel" as individuals who recently served as Army medics, Air Force medical technicians, or Navy/Coast Guard corpsmen and were discharged under conditions other than dishonorable.

Requires delegation to military medical personnel to reflect their level of training and experience, with the supervising physician or podiatrist retaining responsibility for patient care.

Authorizes physicians, podiatrists, hospitals, professional corporations, and commercial enterprises with medical facilities to participate in the pilot program.

Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to collaborate with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to establish general requirements for participating military medical personnel, licensees, and employers; takes effect 90 days after enactment.
