Amends Michigan's concealed pistol licensing law to allow teachers and school employees to carry electro-muscular disruption devices (tasers) on school premises where they are employed.

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting concealed pistol carry on schools, child care facilities, sports arenas, bars/taverns, religious institutions, large entertainment venues (2,500+ capacity), hospitals, and college dormitories/classrooms.

Provides exemptions from these restrictions for retired law enforcement, security personnel employed by restricted entities, private investigators, corrections officers, state police officers, sheriff's posse members, court officers, and peace officers.

Establishes penalties for violations: first violation is a civil infraction with up to $500 fine and 6-month license suspension; second violation is a misdemeanor with up to $1,000 fine and license revocation; third or subsequent violation is a felony with up to 4 years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine.

Clarifies that parking areas of restricted premises are excluded from the prohibitions on carrying concealed pistols.
