Amends Michigan Penal Code sections 297e and 297f to criminalize misrepresentation of kosher and halal food products.

Defines "kosher" as prepared according to orthodox Hebrew religious requirements and "halal" as prepared according to Islamic religious requirements.

Creates misdemeanor offenses for selling or representing meat, meat preparations, or food products as kosher or halal when they do not conform to a disclosure posted by the seller describing the basis for that representation.

Requires businesses selling both kosher and nonkosher (or halal and nonhalal) products to clearly display signage in block letters at least 4 inches high identifying which products are which, and prohibits display of religious symbols without English-language disclosures.

Assigns enforcement responsibility to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and takes effect 90 days after enactment.
