Amends Michigan's criminal sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.16m) to add specific firearm and weapons-related felonies to the sentencing framework enumerated in Chapter 750.

Expands the scope of MCL 750.224f(5) and 750.224f(6) to include possession or sale of firearms and ammunition by domestic violence misdemeanants, not just felons.

Establishes or clarifies sentencing classifications and statutory maximum penalties for 27 firearm-related offenses, ranging from Class A (life sentence) to Class G felonies (2-5 year maximums).

Includes offenses such as illegal firearm sales, carrying concealed weapons, discharging firearms from vehicles, armor-piercing ammunition, and wearing body armor during crimes.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is conditioned on passage of House Bill 6134, which addresses related firearm possession restrictions for domestic violence misdemeanants.
