Amends Michigan Penal Code section 462f to establish enhanced criminal penalties for violations of human trafficking statutes (sections 462b, 462c, 462d, and 462e).

Creates tiered sentencing structure: up to 10 years imprisonment for basic violations; up to 15 years if violation results in bodily injury or commercial sexual activity; up to 20 years for serious bodily injury; and life imprisonment for violations involving kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, attempted murder, or death.

Authorizes courts to impose consecutive sentences for trafficking violations and any other crimes arising from the same transaction, and allows restitution to victims and reimbursement of governmental expenses related to the violation.

Requires convicted individuals to pay a mandatory $100 assessment for 27 specified sex crime and trafficking offenses, with funds deposited into the human trafficking victim assistance fund.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on passage of House Bill 6156 or Senate Bill No. ____.
