Amends MCL 712A.18k to require DNA samples and testing from juveniles arrested for felonies or specific misdemeanors, including disorderly person violations and indecent exposure.

Removes reference to "prostitution" from the disorderly person statute (MCL 750.167) description, replacing it with "house of ill fame."

Establishes $60 assessment imposed on juveniles found responsible for or convicted of listed crimes, with courts able to suspend payment if individual unable to pay.

Directs assessment revenue distribution: 10% retained by court for costs, 25% to county sheriff or investigating law enforcement agency, and 65% to state treasurer for justice system fund.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of House Bill 6170.
