Removes the definition of "common prostitute" from the list of disorderly persons under Michigan Penal Code Section 167, decriminalizing this offense.

Renumbers remaining subsections (b) through (k) to become (b) through (j) following the removal of the prostitute provision.

Changes mandatory language from "shall" to "must" in subsection (2) regarding prosecution of repeat family support violations.

Adds new subsection (3) clarifying that a mother's breastfeeding or expressing breast milk does not constitute indecent or obscene conduct under the disorderly persons statute, regardless of visibility of the areola or nipple.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
