Authorizes the gaming board to disqualify labor organization officers and employees lacking good moral character based on criminal convictions, false statements, ongoing criminal activity, or unsuitability determinations by courts or government agencies.

Prohibits labor organization representatives from holding financial interests in casino licensees employing their represented workers and requires disqualified individuals to submit annual sworn statements confirming non-performance of specified functions.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on passage of House Bill 6169, which modifies references from "prostitution" to "commercial sex" in the same statute.
