Amends the Large Carnivore Act (2000 PA 274) to define 14 terms related to ownership and regulation of large carnivores in Michigan.

Defines "large carnivore" to include specified felids (lions, leopards, jaguars, tigers, cougars, panthers, cheetaurs) and bears, whether wild or captive bred, including hybrids.

Defines "circus" as an incorporated, licensed entity offering skilled animal performances for public entertainment, excluding exhibitions, educational presentations, and close-contact activities like wrestling or photography with patrons.

Establishes definitions for "animal control officer," "facility," "law enforcement officer," "permit," "veterinarian," and other terms necessary for enforcement and administration of large carnivore regulations.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on House Bill 6205 being enacted into law.
