Amends Michigan liquor control code to expand national sporting event licenses to include the Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour Champions Tournament for calendar years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Allows the liquor commission to issue temporary on-premises alcoholic beverage licenses for up to 30 consecutive days during designated national sporting events in designated theme areas.

Limits issuance to 40 licenses maximum per theme area and requires applicants to pay a $1,000 license fee.

Requires host governmental units to submit applicant lists and locations to the commission for approval and certify all licensed premises comply with applicable building, safety, and health laws.

Eligible applicants include existing Michigan on-premises licensees, event promoters and affiliates, concession/catering agreement holders approved by the commission, and organizations qualified as special licensees.
