Amends Michigan Vehicle Code section 732 to require courts to submit abstracts to the Secretary of State for convictions involving threats of gun violence or commission of gun violence against schools, school students, or school employees.

Adds new category of reportable offenses including violations of section 235b of the Michigan Penal Code and chapters XXVIII and XXIX involving threats of gun violence or actual gun violence against schools.

Defines "gun violence" as an act of violence committed with a firearm and "threat of gun violence" as a threat to use a firearm to commit violence if reasonably interpretable as harmful or dangerous to human life.

Prohibits courts from taking offenses under advisement, masking, delaying, diverting, suspending, or suppressing convictions or civil infractions reportable to the Secretary of State; requires immediate reporting upon conviction.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent upon House Bill 5942 also being enacted into law.
