Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines under the Code of Criminal Procedure to add specific offenses related to crimes against children, vulnerable adults, and elder adults to the sentencing framework.

Establishes sentencing classifications and maximum penalties for offenses including child abuse (first, second, and third degree), child sexual abuse material offenses, elder abuse, vulnerable adult abuse, and related crimes ranging from Class A (life imprisonment) to Class G (2 years).

Specifies that for violations of MCL 750.145d (using internet or computer to commit crimes), the offense category and sentencing levels are determined based on the underlying offense rather than the computer-related offense itself.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on the enactment of House Bill 6310 or a companion Senate Bill.
