Creates a new felony offense for detainees or prisoners in juvenile facilities who throw or attempt to throw bodily material on corrections officers performing their duties.

Establishes a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 4 years, a fine of not more than $2,000, or both.

Defines "bodily material" as blood, urine, saliva, or feces, and applies the law to actions causing or attempting to cause contact with such materials.

Allows prosecution under other applicable laws in addition to or instead of this new offense.

Applies definitions of "juvenile," "juvenile facility," and "corrections officer" from the existing Juvenile Facilities Act of 1988.
