Amends the Revised School Code to require boards of school districts and boards of directors of public school academies to hold at least one regular public meeting each month.

Requires public school academy boards to hold monthly meetings at the academy itself, with meetings scheduled at dates and times convenient for parents, teachers, and pupils.

Requires cyber school boards to hold monthly public meetings within the school district where the majority of enrolled pupils reside and to broadcast each meeting on the cyber school's website at no charge.

Establishes that meetings with all board members present and proper public notice constitute legal meetings, even if board members did not receive proper individual notice.

Maintains existing requirements that all board business be conducted in public meetings complying with the Open Meetings Act, with closed sessions only as authorized by that act.
